A new property owned by Mandalay Developments with some special characteristics: Just 38 units but a choice of four types of housing. We’re marketing this secluded property under the banner of New Urbanism.

Ambleside Launch Campaign

To launch this new property we first looked for a point of difference. With just 38 units in a secluded location boasting 77% greenspace and a choice of four housing types, it wasn't difficult. We found it amazing how something so exclusive could be this inclusive and launched with a positioning of "Small Wonder". Naturally, the print component called for small space ads with a nod to national parks typography. The website followed up with an abundance of green space as well. Campaign slideshow after the jump.
