Sustainable Businesses

Using images from the natural world, this is one in a series of ads that direct businesses to the CRD for information and assistance on making their business more sustainable.

Just in time for summer, this point of sale campaign promoting the safe way to dispose of pool and hot tub chemicals seemed a natural for pool toy and life guard references.

Wastewater Treatment Newspaper Campaign

The Answer is in the Bag

Naturally, the campaign to reduce the use of plastic bags launched with a cloth bag for the CRD. Available in several sustainable colours, our favorite was orange.

Hartland Happening Event Branding

Source Control Campaign

With 80% compliance in keeping fats, oils and grease out of household sinks, we chose to voice this series from the perspective of the homeowner. To make the point that our watersheds and beaches are the final destination for household drains, we brought the ocean to the sink in photography and launched the line: "Clean water begins at home."

Pesticides-Free Campaign

Once again, rather than tell people what to do, we reported the move to sustainability that was already happening, with materials praising the advantages to going pesticide-free.
